W V Tilsley
Biography
I can find virtually nothing about William V Tilsley. His sole book, Other Ranks, is virtually all I can find reference to. It has been mentioned by the thoroughly wonderful Neglected Books Page and the also very wonderful Great War Dust Jackets page. The introduction to the book, written by Edmund Blunden, also gives no biographical details. This site states he served in the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment as a private.
