John Rowlands

Biography

John Rowlands was born in Trawsfynydd in 1938. He was educated at the University College of North Wales and Oxford University, where he took a Ph. D. His career has been spent in teaching, at various Welsh colleges and universities, including the University of Wales at Bangor, where he taught creative writing. He has written novels, works of criticism and works on history and genealogy. He died in 2015.
