Anacristina Rossi
Biography
Anacristina Rossi was born in San José in 1952. She studied development, women’s studies and languages, mainly abroad. She has been involved in environmental issues. Her novel La Loca de Gandoca (The Madwoman of Gandoca) was a novelisation of her attempt to save the Gandoca-Manzanilla Wildlife Refuge from development.
