Heinrich Eggerth

Biography

Heinrich Eggerth was born in Annaberg, in Lower Austria in 1926. After serving during World War II, he trained as a teacher in Vienna and taught in various schools in Lower Austria. For thirty years, he taught history and English in Puchberg am Schneeberg. He has published poetry, stories and novels. Only a few of his poems and none of his prose have been translated into English.
