Biography
Pat Gray was born in in 1953 in Belfast. His father was a lecturer. He studied at the University of Leeds then at Birkbeck College in London where he took an M.Sc. He has been a senior lecturer in politics at University of Luton and has worked extensively in Eastern Europe. He also has been an editor of Policy Disasters in Western Europe.
