Jan Kjaerstad

Biography

Jan Kjaerstad (Kjærstad)was born in Oslo in 1953. He graduated in theology from the MF Norwegian School of Theology and the University of Oslo. He has written novels, stories, essays and children’s books. He is best known for his trilogy about the TV personality Jonas Wergeland, which has been translated into English and other languages.
