Bernardo Esquinca

Biography

Bernardo Esquinca was born in Guadalajara in 1972. He studied communications sciences at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente. He then worked for the local radio station and for various newspapers. After moving to Mexico City, he worked as an editor for the National Museum of Art. His literary works are influenced by pop culture and incorporate elements of crime fiction, fantasy and horror.
